pokpokPOS is a restaurant point-of-sale app operated by Synora Lab. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can control it.

• ข้อมูลติดต่อ / บัญชี — เบอร์โทรศัพท์ (ใช้ยืนยันตัวตนด้วยรหัส OTP ทาง SMS ตอนสมัคร), ชื่อร้าน และชื่อพนักงานที่เจ้าของร้านเพิ่มเข้าระบบ
  Account/contact info — phone number (for SMS OTP sign-up), shop name, and staff names added by the owner.
• ข้อมูลธุรกิจ / การขาย — รายการสินค้า ออร์เดอร์ ยอดขาย และประวัติธุรกรรมของร้าน
  Business/sales data — menu, orders, sales totals, and the shop's transaction history.
• ข้อมูลการชำระเงิน — การรับชำระเงิน (PromptPay / บัตร) ประมวลผลโดย ReservePay ซึ่งเป็นผู้ให้บริการเกตเวย์การชำระเงินที่ได้รับใบอนุญาต เราไม่ได้จัดเก็บเลขบัตรเต็ม
  Payment data — payments (PromptPay/card) are processed by ReservePay, a licensed payment gateway; we do not store full card numbers.

  Device/diagnostic info — device identifier, OS, and error logs for security and troubleshooting.

วัตถุประสงค์ · How we use it

เพื่อให้บริการระบบขายหน้าร้าน — ยืนยันตัวตน จับคู่เครื่องเข้ากับร้าน บันทึกออร์เดอร์และยอดขาย รับชำระเงิน จัดการเมนู/พนักงาน และดูแลความปลอดภัยของบัญชี เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ และไม่ใช้เพื่อโฆษณา

To provide the POS service — authentication, pairing devices to a shop, recording orders and sales, processing payments, managing menu/staff, and account security. We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising.

We share data only as needed with ReservePay (payments) and infrastructure/SMS providers required to run the service, under agreements that protect it. We do not share data with third parties for marketing.

All data in transit between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS); staff PINs are one-way hashed; access is limited on a need-to-know basis.
